Refund policy

Not in love? We'll give you your money back. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to request a refund. You don't need to send the piece back: you can keep it.

How to request a refund

Email us at vendomedia.biz@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the piece you'd like refunded. We'll refund the price of the piece to your original payment method. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your order arrived damaged or wrong.

20-day warranty

If your piece is damaged through normal wear within 20 days of delivery, or arrives damaged or wrong, send a photo to vendomedia.biz@gmail.com and we'll send you a new one for free, or refund you if you prefer.
